Artichoke Mushroom Pepperoni Parmesano Tortino

I love artichoke anything, we usually eat this one for dinner not even breakfast. Give it a try sometime it's really delicious! 6 eggs beaten with 2 tablespoon milk 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms sliced 3 tablespoons white wine 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni 1/4 cup grating cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 can artichokes drained and chopped 2 garlic cloves minced 1 teaspoon garlic powder, oregano, parsley dried. salt, pepper to taste dash of red pepper flakes 3 tablespoon olive oil 1 store bought deep dish pie shell In a medium fry pan saute garlic, seasonings, herbs, add the artichokes and mushrooms saute two minutes.  Add white wine. Remove from heat. Cool till luke warm.  In a bowl add mixture along with pepperoni and blend with eggs add grating cheese.  Pour into an oven proof deep dish pie shell and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. FIVE Cheese Sirloin Burger Recipe

  Ingredients: Ground Sirloin Hamburger 2 Pounds (Form into Patties) Parmesan Cheese Deli Sliced Colby jack Cheese Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled Deli Sliced Sharp Chedder Cheese Deli Sliced Provolone Cheese Kieser Rolls 8   Options: Bacon, Mushrooms, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, lettuce, Tomato   Directions: Form Sirloin Hamburger into Patties Quarter Pound Each (Makes 8) Cook on Low heat on gas grill until cooked all the way through or slightly pink in the middle then top with parmesan Cheese toward the end Slice the kieser rolls in half and butter the inside, toast on grill till slightly crisp Add cooked patty to kieser roll and top with other cheeses while burger patty still hot. One of the many Italian foods I love to make for a crowd. Have made for my entire team at work for Christmas and then again for my Dad's Funeral I cooked the whole meal for everyone.  This is one that everyone will love and never turn down. 1 2lb container Whole Milk Ricotta 1 recipe Curt's Traditional Sunday  Sauce the Next Generation or 5 cups of store bought sauce ( 3 bottles.) 2 pounds Ziti or other pasta 1 pound ground chuck fennel seeds 4 sprigs fresh parsley finely chopped grating cheese 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella 2 eggs dried oregano dried basil garlic powder salt, pepper In a medium size bowl mix the 2 pounds of ground chuck with 1 teaspoon each garlic powder, 1 teaspoon fennel seed,  salt, pepper,  2 chopped sprigs of parsley and 1/4 cup grating cheese.  In a medium size fry pan, saute this mixture in 2 tablespoons olive oil. Grandma's Fresh Fig Cake Recipe

I had all these fresh figs to use up... so here's what I decided to do with some of them.  I was pleasantly surprised how good it came out!  My  grandmother's recipe.. 2 cup raw figs, mashed 2 cups brown sugar 3/4 cup shortening 4 eggs 2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoons allspice 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup chopped pecans Mix sugar, figs, shortening eggs. Beat well then add the flour, cinnamon, spices, baking soda and pecans. Pour in a greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Grilled Ham Slices with Honey Pineapple

 Grilled Ham is one of my favorites, sweet, tender and love that grilled smokey taste! 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/2 cup pineapple chunks 1/2 teaspoon 1 clove garlic, minced 4 large cooked ham slices cut in half. In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, red wine, pineapple, and garlic. Place the ham in the marinade, turn to coat it, marinade up to 4 hours, or cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn the ham in the marinade at least six times. On a hot preheated grill, cook ham slices until grill marks are on both sides dark and ham looks like its glazed.

Curt's Jack Daniels Barbecued Baked Chicken

1 - 4 lb or 5 lb Chicken Marinade: 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and cayenne pepper 2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup Jack Daniels barbecue sauce or your favorite brand  In a large freezer bag large enough to fit chicken (or you can use a large bowl) place all ingredients with chicken except for the Jack Daniels sauce. Marinate in the bag or bowl overnight. Remove chicken from bag and place on a baking pan, cover with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce ( below recipe), and place on a rack. Bake at 350 till brown and crispy. Serve chicken with extra Jack Daniel barbecue sauce below or your favorite kind. 1 cup ketchup 1 cup cider vinegar 1 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons hot sauce Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
