Stretch out dough on an oiled pizza pan. Let rest for 45 minutes. Heat oven to 430 degree hot oven. Spread around 1/2 cup pizza sauce on top of the dough. Place slices of tomatoes randomly. Add the mushrooms. Sprinkle with parsley, oregano, garlic powder, pepper. Add the fresh basil.
