Baked Twice Hence the Zombie Nickname  Super Easy and Yummy BAKED Potato Skins What you Need: Amounts vary based on how many you make obviously so use you best judgement ;) Your favorite Potatoes (Red skin, golden, Idaho exc....) Sliced Thin and Pounded Chicken Cutlets or Breasts 1/4 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs Fresh Whole Milk Mozzarella Premium Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed Olive Oil 1/4 Pound Premium Cappicola 1 Package Of Premium Apple wood Smoked Bacon (Crispy Cooked prior to putting inside chicken) 1/3 Cup Of Rhine Table Wine 2 Tbsps. Of butter or Margarine 1 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper Toothpicks to hold together Instructions: Start by flattening out your chicken try not to let the chicken separate while flattening. You may remember my Lemon  Reggiano Chicken Guest post on What's Cookin' Italian Style Cuisine? Well if not here is the homemade chicken nugget version and the perfect afternoon Sunday snack.  Actually the smell of them frying reminds me of homemade meatballs but in chicken form. The sauce I make that it's coated in is a simple fresh squeezed lemon sauce. Caprese Panini Recipe

A simple Panini bursting with flavor we just love it's simplicity...      Use a simple gridded Iron Skillet and a heavy fry pan to put on top of the sandwich to weigh it down or use a Panini maker. Italian Bread Fresh Basil Leaves Sliced Tomatoes Preferably Plum Rosa Slices of Mozzarella or Provolone Butter Heat the pan or Panini maker and oil or spray with cooking spray. Spread the bread with butter. Place  two slice of mozzarella cheese on the bottom, layer with tomatoes then top with basil leaves. Add the top slice of bread and place in the pan. Use a heavy duty fry pan and place on top of the sandwich to weigh down to get the dark lines on the bread and also helps melt the cheese.  Flip and repeat .  You can also ad prosciutto if you would like a meat lovers sandwich or regular ham. Fried Provolone Recipe

I love cheese, mozzarella sticks, they were my all-time favorite appetizer. Then I tried going to the deli and asking for a large chunk of provolone instead of slices! OH my God! Homemade Italian Style Bread Stick Recipe

 Super Simple! Just take our homemade dough recipe and add some love! What you'll Need: Pizza Dough Recipe Pizza Sauce (My San Marzano Recipe) Parmesan Romano Grated Cheese Butter (Melted) Italian Dipping herbs (Oregano, parsley, sweet basil, garlic powder) Cookie Sheet Crisco Preheat oven to 425 Degrees. Grease cookie sheet with Crisco. Divide pizza dough into equal parts and roll into strips approx. 1 inch round and the length of the cookie sheet. Brush melted butter onto dough and season with other ingredients (Cheese and Herbs) Dust the tops with enough to lightly coat the bread sticks. Bake until crispy and slightly brown underneath. Crock Pot Chili Amazing Experimental Recipe

I must say this, I love you Mom but this is the BEST Chili I have ever eaten.       1 Pound of beef 1 Package Italian Sausage Chopped 3 Large Chicken Breast Chopped 1/2 Package Black Beans (7 OZs) 1/2 Package Red Kidney Beans (7OZs) 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced 1 Tablespoon Garlic 1 package Fresh Mushrooms cleaned/chopped 1 Package of Taco/Chili Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Adobo Seasoning 2 28 Ounce Cans of whole plum tomatoes Shredded Mexican Blended Cheese or Chedder Parmesan Cheese   Directions: Overnight in a Crock Pot, fill crock pot with water 3/4 of the way to the top and add beans. Cook on High overnight in crock pot then strain beans and set aside. Roughly 8 hours will be enough.   Cook Meats seperately in a skillet or Wok.  Brown Beef till fully cooked and strain. Cook chicken until fully cooked and add 1 Teapoon of adobo seasoning. Add raw sausage, cooked beef, cooked chicken, sliced green pepper, ...

Curt's Delectable Italian Calzone/Stromboli Recipe

Start With Moms Dough Recipe Stromboli: Directions: 1. Take Fresh Dough and spread out on a Crisco Greased Cookie Sheet 2. Layer out ingredients: Mozzarella, Deli Ham or Capicolla (Italian Hot Ham), Salami, Bologna,  (All Cold Cuts Sliced into small 1x1 squares 2 or 3 slices each), Pepperoni, Pecorino Romano Cheese. 3. Drizzle Olive oil Lightly over the ingredients for extra flavor 4. Dust insides also with granulated garlic or garlic powder and Italian Bread Crumbs 5. Top ingredients with additional Mozzarella Cheese (Not too Heavy) 6. Fold Stromboli so that all sides are overlapping with no holes in Dough 7. Ensure that all exposed folds are placed down on a new non greased Cookie sheet with Parchment Paper. 8. Egg wash Out side of dough and again dust with Pecorino Romano Cheese, Oregano and Garlic powder. Bake at 400 Degrees F Until outside golden brown and Crisp and inside no longer doughy.
