Nutella Homemade ? Nope I'm Not Kidding You Recipe!

I am a Nutella fan big time! I couldn't believe it when my good friend's mom Stacy said she had a recipe for it! I eat this stuff by the spoonfuls since I was a little kid. Actually I am quite addicted. I have made several recipes using the jar one, now I can make it homemade anytime just by having some of these ingredients on hand. The hard part is getting the texture really smooth if you don't have a high powered food processor in which I do in fact, this will not come as smooth without one. A few ingredients and your on your way! First I toast 2 cups of whole Hazelnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, if you can't find them whole use chopped as I did this time. Toast at least until they start to turn brown. Next  using a high powered Blender or food processor add cooled nuts to make a paste, use a silicone spatula to keep scraping down the sides to make sure there are not lumps remaining. Add 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil to the nuts,   1/2 cu...

The skies the limit with these delectable desserts. I whipped these up in no time. The kids can help, they are as yummy and fun to make as they look. Get your creative juices going! Desserts in 5 minutes! One of my favorite combinations is the coconut and chocolate.  Taste just like a famous candy bar can you guess what it is? Great for get togethers, picnics and a crowd! Pecan Shortbread Trifle Dessert Crumbled Shortbread Cookie and Vanilla Pudding (Homemade or Store Bought) in glass Top with Crumbled Pecans and garnish with whole cookie on top. Chocolate Raspberry Banana Trifle Dessert 1 Crumbled Cookie of choice (shown is shortbread cookie) mixed with the chocolate pudding in glass. Top with raspberries. Slice a Banana at a 45 Degree angle (3 Inches) Dip in melted Chocolate of Choice and Add Sprinkles Almond Joy Trifle 1 Crumbled Cookie mixed with the chocolate pudding in glass. Curt's Delectable Limoncello Martini Trifle

Ingredients:   Store Bought Pound Cake  Fresh Red Raspberries, or other kind of berries. Jam (Preferably the same as the fruit of choice) Whipped Cream Topping in a can Lemon Flavored Pudding (use premade) LimonCello Liquor (Optional) Garnish Top with Slices of Fresh Lemon Directions: Crumble Pound Cake Into Martini or other fancy glass.  Drizzle some Limoncello on the pound cake for the Adult only version, (skip that step for kids). Spoon some red raspberry preserves or other jam on the pound cake, layer with lemon pudding alternating with whipped cream until the glass is filled. Ending with whipped cream, fresh berries around the rim of the glass and a slice of lemon for garnish.
