Curt's Peanut Butter Molasses Cookie Recipe



Well if you got this far then you know that my mom and I got together to develop a cookie that was a smash hit in my book! I love the soft texture of these cookies. Peanut butter and spice and yes everything nice when it comes to flavors. It's a must try to anyone that loves the taste of old fashioned molasses cookies with peanut butter added these are just a super delicious cookie. Well you came to the right place. Mom took the photo's and helped me develop the recipe and check it out below. You will love the blend of flavors I did. Here's the easy recipe for these delicious 

2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup soft butter

Mix everything together except add the flour at the end. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls, roll into granulated sugar then press down on each cookie slightly on a parchment lined cookie sheet or greased cookie sheet around 2 inches apart.

Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees and bake till edges start to brown and middles crack open around 13 minutes.

Would it be okay to use blackstrap molasses in this recipe?
I have never tried it. Give it a shot and let me know how it turns out! :)

Our family has our own pizza dough recipe, however you can buy it and make this is no time! 5 Min Garlic Buttered Parmesan Egg Noodle Recipe

So Simple! 1 Bag of Egg Noodles 1 stick of butter 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil Fresh Garlic Clove Chopped Teaspoon each Parsley. Oregano, Garlic powder 1/4 Cup Parmesan Romano Cheese Boil 1 Bag of Egg Noodles until tender, strain in colander. Put Noodles back into hot pan melt butter and toss. Add all Ingredients above and toss again to ensure coated well. Simple and Delicious! ENJOY!
