Curt's Grilled Black and Blue Bacon Angus Burger Recipe

One of my specialities I made this summer. It's hard not to fall in love with these burgers if you a blue cheese and bacon kind of lover like I am. This melted blue cheese is one of my favorites.   Use an age Danish Blue Cheese at least aged over 60 days.    A little on each burger will go a long way, it's a very strong tasting cheese.   I love blue cheese so there is no such thing as too much for me! Make sure you use a maple flavored bacon, cook it extra crispy and crumble is up! Very hard to resist after one taste!
