Having a party? A brunch? A BBQ? Need something easy and quick to bring or add to your table? Sicilian Eggplant Appetizer Caponata

Greetings and Welcome to The Family Recipe Place. Today's recipe is an old fashioned recipe that was created by my Great Grandfather Carmen. May he rest in peace. He always put bologna in Caponata. Of course, the original authentic way for Sicilian eggplant appetizer is without bologna. If you want to stick to tradition, omit it. This is how we love it and it is delicious. So Simple To Make When I make this recipe, it takes me back to being a child and remembering the smell coming from the kitchen as he fried his bologna and stirred his Caponata. It is now a tradition in my home that I now make for my family. Watching my kids enjoy it as much as I did back then, always puts a smile on my face. I hope you will give this recipe a try and that you enjoy it as much as I did then and still do today. Sicilian Eggplant Appetizer Caponata What you'll need: Eggplant - 1/2 of the whole eggplant chopped 1 can Tomato Paste ...

All Star Pizza Review Deerfield beach FL

This is my First Official Review and the only reason why I am doing it is simply because I had a terrible experience. First Of all let me talk about service. The staff was spaced out hardly attentive and not "in" it.  Second we ordered drinks and all they had were 12 oz cans. Third we received our appetizers at the same time as our pizza. And all of this were served on Styrofoam Plates and not even real plates. Lets talk about food quality: Chicken tenders, Frozen, baked in the pizza oven, slightly burnt and very dry. Served with Ranch and Ketchup as well as a side of Fries that were also baked with no salt and burnt. Mozzarella Sticks missing most of their cheese and expensive. Not very Flavorful not crispy like they should be. Pizza was the best thing we ate and even that was skimped on with the toppings. The pizza crust was ON POINT perfect flavor and perfectly cooked. On a general scale of 1 to 5 from what we experienced I would give ...
