Refrigerator Dough Mexican Appetizers




3 oz cream cheese
1/2 mexican shredded cheese
3/4 cup cooked meats such as ground beef, shredded pork or shredded chicken (for vegetarian use refried beans)
1/3 cup salsa or taco sauce
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix

packages of 10 or more refrigerator biscuits

Heat over @350 degree oven. Soften cream cheese with the mexican shredded cheese mixed together ( you can soften for 30 seconds in the microwave). Add the seasonings meat and all other ingredients except rolls. Flatten refrigerator rolls out, add a teaspoon of the mixture and spread out on the dough with the back of a teaspoon evenly, roll them up and place on a baking sheet seam side down.  Bake 10 minutes or more (sprinkling  extra  cheese on the tops which is optional) or until golden brown on top.

Wow, I've forgotten all about the 'handy' helper refrigerator biscuits and all the yummy things you could make with them in a jiffy!
So simple and totally yumm! ...genius idea:)

Mom's Recipe One of my Favorites!   1 large egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 (13 oz.) pkg. frozen large cheese ravioli, thawed or freshly homemade  ravioli .
