Curt's Grilled Italian Steak Recipe

Living in Florida, I have the opportunity to grill outside all year long. I love to marinate steaks for at least 4 hours before grilling. If you have the time to get it ready the night before it's the best for tenderizing
(Of course, that is unless you are buying top quality cuts!! $$$)
This is easy and a perfect way to tenderize meat the healthier way.  Thanks for stopping by today, enjoy! Curt

Curt's Grilled  Italian Steak Recipe

Balsamic vinegar around 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Minced garlic 2 cloves
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Chopped fresh basil   2 tablespoons
Chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Dash of hot sauce (Try one from our friends at this link)
2 Steaks, I prefer Rib-eye or Top Blade also know as a flat iron(use any steak you prefer)

Peppers any kind for garnish on top

(this is for two steaks)

Place all the ingredients in a food processor except peppers and blend for 30 seconds. Pour over the steaks, marinate a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Grill on high heat first on both side for around 1 minute. Lower the heat to finish cooking to how you like them.
