Just the other day I had a wisdom tooth extracted. Crappy as that may be I decided something delicious was in order. Today's showcase was a simple left over creation. My fiancée Jennifer Carman (Who has now started 2 of her own Blogs) had some Yellow Cake and Baked apples from the night before. So I decided hmm crumbled some of the yellow cake in a bowl with the baked apples on top, 1 Scoop of Moo-lennium Ice Cream and topped it off with Whipped cream!
