Home Made Bagel Bites So Easy


Super Easy! Great Snack anytime for you or the kids!

All you need is some fresh mini bagels from your grocery store, favorite pizza sauce, butter, mozzarella or provolone.

Lightly Butter and toast the Bagels first, then top with your sauce, other toppings of choice (The sky is the limit!!! See suggestions below) and Cheese. Place in oven on low broil on the top shelf till browned and cheese melted.

Options: Add fresh tomatoes chopped, olives, mushrooms, peppers, anchovies, bacon chopped tomatoes and spinach, pineapple and ham, chopped chicken in hot sauce, refried beans and taco sauce with cheddar cheese, shredded steak onions and provolone cheese, white beans and garlic with chopped tomatoes, bacon, hamburger and cheese.

Our family has our own pizza dough recipe, however you can buy it and make this is no time! Use your imagination for your own toppings... we like pepperoni, peppers and mushrooms Heat the grill on low heat You will need: 1 pound of store purchased dough or use our family recipe  CLICK HERE 1 can of pizza sauce or homemade marinara CLICK HERE Toppings of choice suggestions would be sausage slices, pepperoni, mushrooms, eggplant slices, pineapple and ham combination, olives, anchovies, shrimp, meatballs sliced shredded mozzarella cheese pecorino romano grating cheese oregano, garlic powder, fresh basil chopped olive oil deep dish pie plate or cast iron fry pan Like your pie pan or use a heavy cast iron pan, lightly put a film of olive oil on the bottom. Curt's Grilled Black and Blue Bacon Angus Burger Recipe

One of my specialities I made this summer. It's hard not to fall in love with these burgers if you a blue cheese and bacon kind of lover like I am. This melted blue cheese is one of my favorites.   Use an age Danish Blue Cheese at least aged over 60 days.    A little on each burger will go a long way, it's a very strong tasting cheese.   I love blue cheese so there is no such thing as too much for me! Make sure you use a maple flavored bacon, cook it extra crispy and crumble is up! Very hard to resist after one taste!
