Italian Twisted Rueben Style Sandwich

This was Dinner tonight and I Must say absolutely exploding with flavor!

Fully Loaded on the Panini Maker!

Here's how to make it:


1. Package of Sauerkraut
2. Garlic Roasted NY Sharp Cheddar
3. Italian Chicken Sausage
4. Marble Swirl Bread (Rye and Pumpernickel)
5. Blue Cheese with Gorgonzola Dressing
6. Thousand Island Dressing
7. Butter or Margarine

Instructions:

Cook Italian Chicken Sausage Thoroughly in a skillet, drain.

Butter exterior of the swirl bread and place in panini maker or flat skillet


Add Ingredients in layers:
Sausage, Sauerkraut, Thousand Island Dressing, Blue Cheese, Top it off with the Garlic Infused Cheddar and Top off with another piece of buttered Swirl and cook to perfection (Golden Brown and Crisp)

Our family has our own pizza dough recipe, however you can buy it and make this is no time! Curt's Grilled Black and Blue Bacon Angus Burger Recipe

One of my specialities I made this summer. It's hard not to fall in love with these burgers if you a blue cheese and bacon kind of lover like I am. This melted blue cheese is one of my favorites.   Use an age Danish Blue Cheese at least aged over 60 days.    A little on each burger will go a long way, it's a very strong tasting cheese.   I love blue cheese so there is no such thing as too much for me!
