Pan Fried Garlic Herb Chicken Recipe
4 smashed garlic cloves
6 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
4 boneless chicken breast
oregano, rosemary and parsley to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
Mash the butter in a bowl adding the herbs and spices.
Cut a 2 inch pocket in each chicken breast and stuff them with 2 teaspoons of the butter mixture. Season outside with more salt and pepper
In a heavy large skillet heat around 4 tablespoons olive oil. Saute the chicken on both sides turning at around 8 minutes. Spread with remaining garlic butter on the outside and serve.
