Jacked Up Ribeye Steak Recipe

Grilling season is upon us again.


I love grilling all sorts of foods. Chicken, Shrimp, Fish, Corn on the cob, and foil packet vegetables.


My number one favorite thing to grill is Steak! A Rib-Eye Steak in particular.


If you are looking for a delicious recipe for a grilled Rib-Eye Steak, you have come to the right place.


These Jacked up steaks are marinated in a fabulous booze that makes the meat so tender, they melt in your mouth.













Jacked Up Rib-Eye Steaks




What You Need




  • 4 Rib-Eye Steaks
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp of Thyme
  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey





Preparation




1. In a large 13 x 9 dish, lay the steaks flat.




2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs, spices and lemon juice. Turn them over and do the same on the other side.




3. Pour enough whiskey over the top to almost cover them.




4. Cover and put them in the fridge overnight to marinate.




5. Preheat your grill




6. Before putting them on the grill, hold them up with a fork and allow the excess marinade to drip off.




7. Cook to your desired tenderness. I prefer medium rare.




These steaks and perfect served with a brown gravy and mashed or baked potatoes.
