Porterhouse Steak with Tennessee Whiskey Sauce






2 Porterhouse or T bone Steaks
Butter
Salt, Pepper
Minced Garlic in Olive oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Tennessee Whiskey
Olive oil
pinch of cayenne pepper


Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet with grates. Sprinkle each steak cooking one at a time with salt, pepper, dash or cayenne pepper. Grill steaks in a cast iron skillet on a hot heated grill and Sear on both sides for around 5 minutes each side for medium rare.
In a small skillet add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Whiskey and butter. Heat and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour over steaks.

Optional: Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning for extra kick

Porter House is my favorite steak. This sauce sounds really good. I've got to try this one.
