Refrigerator Dough Mexican Appetizers

3 oz cream cheese
1/2 mexican shredded cheese
3/4 cup cooked meats such as ground beef, shredded pork or shredded chicken (for vegetarian use refried beans)
1/3 cup salsa or taco sauce
2 teaspoons taco seasoning mix

packages of 10 or more refrigerator biscuits

Heat over @350 degree oven. Soften cream cheese with the mexican shredded cheese mixed together ( you can soften for 30 seconds in the microwave). Add the seasonings meat and all other ingredients except rolls. Flatten refrigerator rolls out, add a teaspoon of the mixture and spread out on the dough with the back of a teaspoon evenly, roll them up and place on a baking sheet seam side down.  Bake 10 minutes or more (sprinkling  extra  cheese on the tops which is optional) or until golden brown on top.
