2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 lbs of chunk pieces boneless chicken

Place all ingredients into a 1-gallon zip lock bag marinade at least 3 hours or overnight. Thread chicken on wooden skewers.

Heat grill on medium. Place chicken skewers on heated grill and cook until juice run clear around 10 minutes on each side. You can also bake these on 350 degrees on a iron grated skillet for around 20 minutes.
